Each and every one of us, were once children. It is the most universally cherished wish of human beings to let children grow up happily.

2021 Bàng! Children's Arts Festival, with the slogan "You're awesome", encourages a conversational approach to provide a platform for people of all ages to grow up together and accompany, encouraging children's voices and the participation of all. This year's Children's Art Festival is co-organized by Shenzhen OCT Harbour, OCT Loft and OCAT Shenzhen. The activities held at OCT Harbour is supported by Shenzhen Fringe Art Center.

This year's events center around the core concepts of child-friendly, diversified art, freeing nature and healthy growth. The festival consists of fivesections which are "Bàng Sporter", "Bàng Thinker", "Bàng Seller", "Bàng Changer" and "Bàng Performer", thus setting up distinctive activities related to children's aesthetic education in various areas, and slowly infiltrating positive and encouraging energy into all actions related to children and daily life. We believe that to be friendly to children is to be friendly to all, and Children's Art Festival connects with each other, promotingenvironmental friendliness and humanistic care among people, communities and cities. By expressing the concept that every child can be a participant and art creator of the festival, we inject new vitality into the construction of a "child-friendly city" in Shenzhen.
